As part of our Quality Assurance programme and our commitment to provide you high quality services . We Gas Oven Division (GOD) are conducting a customer satisfaction programmes .We hope you will agree to play a role in this very important process.Information gathered will be used by us to improve our services and identify better ways to meets yours needs. Local Employment Service Counsellor (LESC), a specialist unit of Gas Oven division is helping us in our quality improvement process. Within the next few weeks .LESC will get in touch with a random selection of our customers to carry out face to face interviews .The discussion would focus on your point of view as a customer of various Domestic Gas Products and related services customers interviewed will be asked to rate the quality of services they receive from GOD and other suppliers on various processes. The interviews will take about 20 minutes and will be arranged at your convenience. As a valued customer ,we encourage you to particitpate .In the event you are calld upon for an interview,We would apreciate your sharing your thoughts and experience with theLESC representative.
