How to Control High Blood Pressure :-
Blood pressure ko control karne ka kafi tarike hai and mostly tarike behad aasan hain jinko aap easy use krke apna blood pressure control kar sakte hain.
1. Meditation –
Roj Subah uthkar meditation kijiye. Isse mind me shanti rhti hai and brain ki muscles ko rest milta hai. Jo log regular Yoga and meditation karte hain unko blood hone ke chance bhut kam ho jate hain.
2. Control Your Weight –
Ye dekha gaya hai ki jin logo ka weight jyada hota hai unko blood pressure ki shaikayat jyada rhti hai.
To aap apne body weight ko control kariye and aapka blood pressure khud hi control hone lagega. Aapni kamar ke size ko kam kijiye.
