मेरे हाथों पे सजाया गया है तुझे मेरे लिये
तू ज़मीं पे उतरी है जैसे
आसमां को लिये
तेरी पलकों के दरवाज़े
खुलते बंद होते मेरे लिये
गुलाब सी पँखुडी़ लिये दो लब
तेरे चेहरे पे खिलते हैं मेरे लिये
तेरी हसीन जु़ल्फों की छाँव
तेरे दुपट्टे पे पड़ती है मेरे लिये
दो नर्म बाँहें खुलती हैं हमेशा
मुझको आग़ोश में लेने के लिये
तेरे नैनों के सामने आ जाता हूँ हर बार
घायल होने के लिये
तेरा साया ही काफ़ी है कि तू है कहीं आस पास
ये बताने के लिये
तेरे जिस्म की ख़ुशबू फैल जाती है
गुज़र जाती है तू जहाँ से पल भर के लिये
इन आँखों में क़ैद कर लिया तेरा अक्स
आँखों की जेल में तू रहे अब सदा के लिये

I am Kumar Rishi . I am a published author of 3 books & currently I am working as a freelancer in the field of Career mentoring & Life skills coaching. I am a certified Career Mentor from India’s first Career Guidance Organization Dheya, Pune. I am guiding students, parents & working professionals to choose a right career & live a happy & successful life. I am co-founder of a NGO named Farcow Welfare Society in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh which is working towards welfare of farmers, cows, women & children. I have more than 5000 followers on various social media platforms. I have published more than 400 videos on Youtube on motivation & poetry.
My Educational Background –
I have acquired B.Tech. graduation in Mechanical Engineering in year 2003 from G.B. Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, Uttrakhand. I have pursued Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from NMIMS, Mumbai.
My work Experience-
My Industrial experience began in year 2003 as a project trainee in Tractors & Farm Equipment Pvt. Ltd. (TAFE), Chennai. After that, in year 2005 I joined Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL), Bangalore , a Navratna public sector undertaking (PSU) under ministry of defense, Bangalore as a management trainee. I worked at various positions there in the field of manufacturing, management & procurement. In 2017, i took transfer from HAL, Bangalore to HAL, Hyderabad and served HAL till March, 2020. So, I have overall 15 years plus industrial working experience.
Later, I resigned from my job & started a new career journey as a freelancer in the field of career mentoring, motivation & like skills. During this period, I have written & published three poetry books also. I am a certified career mentor from India’s first Career Guidance Organization Dheya, Pune.
My Life’s Goal - To Impact positively the life of students, professionals & parents by proper
career guidance & life skills coaching to live a happy & successful life.
