*Word "Balance". - Eating balanced diet, doing balanced excercise (yoga & pranayam), having balanced sound sleep, observing it from the distance, is actually giving respect to ur body. Remember, if you respect your body, it will also respect u very much. If you keep your body fit, it will keep u fit too. Physical body is an obedient machine. Mind reflects & works through d physical body mechanism. Just aware of the physical & psychological knowledge for keeping this machine fit. Such an artificial intelligence (AI) mechanism is working within us. Pl take care of it. 🙏*
